Copyright

Creators own their artwork, writing, and files. An article about an archive does not move that ownership, and it does not give you a license to copy the work.

Text on this website

The articles on pawchive.com.co are published so they can be read and linked. Quote a short passage with a link if you need to refer to it. Republishing a full page as your own site is outside these terms.

Work discussed in an article

The articles talk about archives. They do not store that archive’s media. If you are the owner of a work, or you are authorized to act for the owner, and a page on this domain quotes more of it than fair use allows, or a file is actually hosted here, send a notice with:

  • Your name and an email address where you can be reached
  • The URL of the page on this domain
  • A description of the work, enough to find it
  • A statement that you own the work, or that the owner authorized you to act
  • A statement that the notice is accurate

A complete notice will be reviewed. Material that this domain is hosting will be removed when the notice holds up. A notice about a file that lives on another service has to go to that service. This website cannot delete it there.

What a notice is for

Use the notice for copyright. It is the right path for a creator who needs a specific page or file on this domain looked at. It is not a request for the site to take down a whole platform, and it is not a place to send a password, a session token, or a payment.
